This milestone collaboration marks a significant step forward in UCAL’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that its graduates are fully equipped to succeed in an increasingly dynamic and technology-driven global economy. By partnering with QS, UCAL is helping to pioneer a new approach to aligning university education with real-world industry needs — positioning Peruvian higher education at the forefront of innovation in the region.

The QS Industry Alignment Framework is designed to evaluate how effectively university programmes prepare students for current and future workforce demands. Through an in-depth, data-driven evaluation process lasting approximately 90 days, participating institutions receive detailed feedback on their programmes, and a tailored roadmap to further strengthen their alignment with industry needs.
QS brings unparalleled global expertise to this initiative. Each year, QS analyses over 500 million job postings and 334 million alumni career trajectories and conducts the world’s largest employer survey with over 100,000 responses. These insights are cross-referenced with global industry trends, government policy data, and emerging skills intelligence to identify the competencies that matter most for the future workforce.
